Job Description
Generate and provide application insight:
- Stay abreast of technical development and generate new ideas, papers and patents
- Contribute actively with input for continuous product, tool & service development
- Identify and solve complex technical issues
- develop new enzyme applications
Experimental work
- Plan/Conduct/supervise own lab-work to meet customer and project expectations
- Develop and adapt new methods and procedures based on up-to-date knowledge Communication:
- Actively reaching out within the global TS and R&D community in order to take advantage of the global organization as a platform for better solutions
- Represent Novozymes towards customers and other stakeholders on technical and/or project issues
Project execution and Leadership :
-execute and lead RD project of own part
Requirement
- Have a MSc or PhD majored in food science with experience in cereal science and particularly baking applications . like the job to do research work for enzyme mechanism and application in various baking products.
- experienced in baking industry , good understanding on critical elements for baking performance and mechanism
- knowledge of baking improvers and enzyme
- Have good networking and communication skill prefer working globally and work with internal and external stakeholders
-Proactive and strong learning capability, with good English skills preferred
